ZVOX, a specialist in designing and manufacturing audio products, has announced its release of Z-Base 550, a home theatre system built to a base platform for stand-mounted flat-panel TV sets.

The new product uses the ZVOX PhaseCue virtual surround system to create wide, three-dimensional sound gives with movie sound effects.
According to ZVOX, the system creates three-dimensional, room-filling sound, including virtual surround sound effects.
