T-Mobile USA Launches Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Phone

T-Mobile USA, has announced the upcoming availability of the Nokia (News - Alert) 5310 XpressMusic phone just as that interest in music phones continues to grow.



 
Sajal Sahay, director of product marketing at T-Mobile (News - Alert) USA said, “The new Nokia XpressMusic phone will appeal to many of our customers thanks to an easy user experience, sleek design and affordable price.”
 
The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic weighs 3 ounces and is 0.39 inches thick and offers up to 18 hours of music playback, with memory for up to 3,000 songs on an optional 4GB microSD card.
 
Exclusively from T-Mobile, the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic is available in three stylish color combinations black/red, black/purple and black/orange.
 
This much anticipated handset features T-Mobile myFaves-enabled, 2.0 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, FM radio, voice dialing, voice commands and voice recorder, Tri-band 850/1800/1900 MHz GSM, GPRS, EDGE, and other features.
 
The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic is also equipped with external music controls, stereo Bluetooth connectivity, wired stereo headsets, a USB cable for side-loading music and a memory card.
 
Moreover, Nokia states that customers can “bop their heads” to the music right away, since the device will be preloaded with two exclusive new hits, from rock sensation Panic At The Disco and Phantom Planet.
 
Additionally, the Nokia 5310 is also loaded with Panic At The Disco’s latest video, “That Green Gentleman,” plus an exclusive making-of video with a greeting from the band.
 
“We believe the feature-rich, well-designed Nokia 5310 XpressMusic phone will be well-received with music lovers across the United States, who also appreciate all the functionality of a great phone,” said Frank Vium, vice president of sales at Nokia USA.
 
The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic phone is expected to be available beginning May 28, 2008, at select T-Mobile retail stores and online at www.t-mobile.com. Customers can purchase the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic for $49.99 with a two-year contract.
