The product utilizes Intelligent Call Management (ICM) and IP Contact Center (IPCC) technologies to support the various communications systems of contact centers and for the first time introduces Integrated Perfomance Indictaors (IPIs) that further enhance the resolving of operational issues in the contact center.
The newly introduced IPIs use contrasting performance metrics that detect imbalances in the system and provide real-time notifications for immediate correction.
Through real-time reporting on the root cause of problems and recommendations for improving, Informiam’s Clear Path for Contact Centers version 2.5 finds where issues are rooted as immediately as possible to optimize work flow and improve service levels.
