Version 2.5 of Informiam’s Clear Path for Contact Centers provides a next generation problem solving tool for contact centers to determine where problems are rooted and offers suggestions for improvement in real-time.

The product utilizes Intelligent Call Management (ICM) and IP Contact Center (IPCC) technologies to support the various communications systems of contact centers and for the first time introduces Integrated Perfomance Indictaors (IPIs) that further enhance the resolving of operational issues in the contact center.

The newly introduced IPIs use contrasting performance metrics that detect imbalances in the system and provide real-time notifications for immediate correction.
