Wicom Communications Server Suite (CSS) is an open standards-based all-IP telephony software suite that allows a single, integrated system to be used for multi-channel customer service, enterprise telephony and mobility.
Unlike separate, isolated, operator dependant and premises based traditional telephony systems, the on-demand hosted Wicom CSS includes the functionality of the fixed and mobile PBX systems, advanced contact center solutions, and tools for real-time monitoring, reporting and quality analysis.
Wicom CSS combines IT systems and multiple terminals into a centrally managed telephony system while utilizing fixed telephony (PSTN, PBX), mobile telephony (GSM, GPRS, UMTS) and IP networks for call and other communication events transfer. The system allows unified queuing, prioritizing and routing of all contacts including telephone, e-mail, fax, voicemails, web contacts and SMS. As a result, Wicom CSS ensures a better grip on communication events and enables more efficient and effective execution of communication enabled business processes.
