CenterPost Communications’ Automated Refill and Generic Conversion solution provides Retail Pharmacy and Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBM) with an automated solution for enhanced customer refill processes and increased business results.
After receiving prescription refill information from clients, the application processes an outbound voice communication to the client’s customer and navigates them the through prescription refill process, offering them generic options as well. When completed, the refill request is then sent to the local pharmacy or back to the PBM for processing.
For all automated communications that are not received, a message with a toll-free number for message retrieval is provided.
Meeting all HIPAA requirements, the solution also authenticates customers to ensure patient privacy.
