The Electra Elite IPK II is NEC’s converged IP communications Key Telephone System for the small-to-medium business (SMB) market.
The IPK II can scale to support high-end business applications in a digital, IP or mixed environment. The IPK II includes enterprise-class features such as peer-to-peer video, enhanced mobility, built-in voice mail and Automatic Call Distributor. These features are packaged with specialized vertical application to position the IPK II for specific industries and business functions including financial services, hospitality, automotive dealerships and call centers.
The IPK II protects the initial investment by facilitating easy adoption and migration of new technologies without requiring a total system replacement. It can be easily updated through remote software and upgrades and integrates with NEC’s complete product line to support higher port capacities.
The IPK II includes a new CPU architecture that delivers added capacity with a maximum of 456 ports, easy installation, a lower cost for deployment of license-based applications, hardware stability, simplified system programming via Web, personal computer or digital display terminal and less inventory with on-board applications.
