Forum Communications Mediator II provides telephone mediation technology that lets attorneys and mediators host and control negotiations via a conference call - saving time and increasing their settlements.

With a graphic user interface, the Mediator dials out, screens calls before bringing them into a conference, divides a group into up to 4 sidebars, put participants on hold, mutes or drops individuals and mutes or drops an entire call. The Mediator II also gives callers the ability to “page” the mediator when they are ready to return to the prime conference call.

In addition to recognized time and travel savings, Mediator II minimizes the trauma from face-to-face mediations in heated, emotional situations; allows lawyers to do distance pro bono work without travel and allows the Mediator complete control over sidebars. The system is also recommended for contract negotiations, collections mediations and builders disputes.
