Specifically, over 100 targeted campaigns are run each month. Additionally, real time relevant offer delivery in the call center has increased response rates by 50 percent. Due to the productivity and targeting enhancements as well as the ability to coordinate communications across channels, the client has been able to increase its campaign volume by 20 percent in one year and boost average response rates by 50 percent.
