It expands SugarCRM’s open source platform to provide a full-featured CRM alternative to organizations with advanced database, mobility and reporting needs at a cost of just $449 per user per year, including technical support. The price also includes full access to the source code, facilitating customization and integration with legacy customer databases that can save time and increase the effectiveness of customer interactions.

Sugar Enterprise Edition offers all the functionality of other SugarCRM products plus:

Oracle 9i support in addition to the MySQL support offered in other editions.

An offline client that automatically synchronizes all changes made to the application by traveling users working from an airplane, car, hotel room or any other offline location the next time they connect to the Internet. The client interface is identical to the main application, maximizing user productivity.

Advanced reporting that allows administrators to write multidimensional queries using native SQL query syntax in order to report on complex associations beyond those available with the standard reporting module. Reports can show detailed, crossover information stored in areas that are managed by different user roles.
