TMC is proud to announce the 2006 Customer Interaction Solutions® magazine
IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award
TM. This award recognizes the companies that have developed innovative IP Contact Center solutions that are the "best of the Best."

To Participate, Vendors Must:

  • Pay the application fee. An application fee per product is required with all application submissions. Multiple products require a separate application for each. This fee was implemented to cover the costs of time and labor involved in reviewing, researching and selecting the winners. Payment of the application fee in no way guarantees that a product will win the award.


  • Supply an image of the product or service they wish to submit for consideration. The photo should be in the form of an electronic image or a screenshot with a minimum resolution of 266 dpi.


  • Meet the due date. We must receive applications by close of business on June 2, 2006. Applications received after this date will not be considered.


We will accept only one product per application form from each participating vendor. Multiple entries, on multiple forms with the corresponding application fee(s), are permitted.

The Customer Interaction Solutions® IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award winners will be announced in the July 2006 issue of Customer Interaction Solutions® magazine.

IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award Description:

With the prevalence of the Internet and high-speed connections, there are many interesting applications that can run over the IP protocol.  One such application is the IP contact center which allows companies to have a hosted call center, remote agents and other Web-based applications.  There is a paradigm shift to Web services that is becoming especially important in the call center.  The call center has always been the focus of technology investment since the days of CTI (computer-telephony integration) due to the cost efficiencies gained by implementing such technology.

TMC realizes that technology is the key to the success of any call center and we have been covering call center technology since 1982.  However, with new products and new categories of products in the call center space, it is tough for our readers to keep up with the latest and greatest products and services. This why TMC is offering this awards program, so we can judge the “best of the best” in IP contact center technology and then publish our findings in the July issue of Customer Interaction Solutions® magazine.  We know the readers will place great value on the award winners and we wish the applicants the best of luck in the selection process.

Include as much contact information as possible, including company, contact name, phone number, and e-mail address. We will accept company names alone, but would prefer detailed contact information. We keep customer references strictly confidential and will not disclose any customers without explicit permission.  Customer references are not required in order to win, though it certainly helps if you include them in this application.
