Vonage Unveils AI-Powered SIP Capabilities

Vonage (News - Alert) recently announced the launch of intelligent SIP capabilities for its SIP Trunking customers. The new feature makes it possible for developers and enterprises to deploy elastic SIP trunks globally with ease, offering AI-powered voice engagement solutions via pre-built code and low-code/no-code applications.

Today, 92% of consumers use at least one voice channel to connect with their favorite brands. This includes traditional mobile phone calls, calls via messaging apps, and emerging channels like automated voice assistants and in-app voice calls.
