Comviva Introduces No-Code AI Workbench to Enhance Customer Value Management

Comviva, a provider of customer experience and data monetization solutions, introduced a new no-code AI Workbench for its MobiLytix Marketing Studio to empower businesses and marketers to independently manage AI-based customer value management (CVM) initiatives across B2C and B2B sectors.




This latest addition, MobiLytix AIx, boasts a library of over a hundred pre-built AI model frameworks tailored specifically for marketing and revenue growth. These frameworks are designed to help CSPs in various areas including customer value management, sales, customer relationship management as well as order management/service management (OM/SM).

Offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) model on hyperscalers, MobiLytix AIx allows businesses to access its features without the need for extensive installation or configuration. A new GenAI-driven chatbot further enhances the user experience by providing intuitive product assistance.

With the platform’s capabilities, businesses can make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Things like churn prediction, next-best offers, AI-driven cross-sell/upsell strategies, send-time optimization as well as customer profile enrichment, customer care enhancements, order fallout prediction, fulfillment lead time prediction, and sales forecasting all provide everything businesses need to cater to customer and order demands.

MobiLytix AIx also supports ModelOps and AIOps to provide insights, automation, and data management. WIth a builtin MLOps platform, it also enables AI/ML model deployment with a simple click, streamlining the process for users.
