Quad Investors Network Announces Nokia's Nishant Batra as New Advisory Board Member


Today the Quad Investors Network (QUIN) announced Nishant Batra, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer (CSTO) of Nokia, has joined the QUIN's Advisory Board. The QUIN's Advisory Board is composed of representatives from the Quad nations and sets the agenda for the network, provides strategic guidance, serves as the lead for working groups, spearheads investments, and engages with governments across the four Quad nations.

"Nishant will be an important addition to our Advisory Board," said Karl Mehta, Chairman of the Quad Investors Network. "His industry experience and technical leadership in critical and emerging technologies such as AI and next-generation 6G networks is extremely valuable. QUIN is expanding capital and partnership opportunities across the Quad, and Nishant's insights into the business and technical issues facing the four Quad countries will be enormously beneficial."

The QUIN aims to be the leading technology network for investors, industry, and innovators from across the United States, India, Japan, and Australia. Batra has broad experience in strategy and technology development and portfolio management across the telecom and enterprise sectors. He has been involved in bringing cutting-edge products to market across industry domains and has a deep understanding of the silicon, software, and system requirements necessary for innovation. At Nokia, he is responsible for corporate development and strategy, technology architecture and leadership, and pioneering research at Nokia Bell Labs; Nokia's information technology (IT) infrastructure and digitalization initiatives; centralized security domains; and Nokia's venture capital activities. His function lays the path for Nokia's future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas in which Nokia can create new value.
