Roth Ms. Roth joins TroyGould with over 35 years of diverse legal experience in real estate. Ms. Roth has deep roots in the entertainment industry and was previously a partner at the boutique entertainment law firm Bloom Hergott Diemer Rosenthal LaViolette Feldman Schenkman & Goodman, LLP. She began her career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster and prior to joining TroyGould, was a partner at Gipson Hoffman & Pancione. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ilanna Bavli A veteran entertainment and technology attorney, Ms. Bavli brings nearly 25 years of transactional legal experience to the firm. Clients trust her to adeptly navigate complex rights matters, negotiate a variety of film/TV/digital content, software/technology, and other agreements, and provide advice with a business-minded and detail-oriented approach. Previously, Ms. Bavli ran her own unique legal and consulting practice serving clients such as entertainment companies and professionals, technology platforms, and both emerging and multinational corporations. Her multidisciplinary experience also includes an of-counsel position at a copyright and music law boutique and managing investigative and other engagements for a global risk consulting firm. Her entertainment law career originally began at O'Melveny & Myers and evolved through roles at companies such as Paramount Pictures, Sidney Kimmel Entertainment, Summit Entertainment, and Sony Pictures. She is a Yale Law School graduate with a bachelor's degree from Harvard University. Amy Nashon Ms. Nashon joined TroyGould in 2020 with nearly two decades of legal experience and, after much success, has been promoted to Member at the firm. She handles a wide range of business litigation and transactional matters and employs her wide breadth of experience to meet her clients' diverse legal needs.
