Cloud security leader Zscaler announced today that it has added new features to its Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) solution, a platform that offers end-to-end visibility and IT troubleshooting capabilities. The update focuses on AI-powered insights for IT Operations and Service Desk teams to better support employee productivity. This is especially beneficial for organizations with distributed applications, data, and users.



Zscaler's AI-powered monitoring capabilities increase transparency into user experiences and provide intelligent solutions for user issues and performance inefficiencies. Zscaler now offers meeting quality metrics for WebEx to improve the user experience, and ZDX has already implemented support for UCaaS applications like Microsoft (News - Alert) Teams and Zoom. This comprehensive approach to digital experience monitoring allows service teams to maximize digital dexterity, achieve approximately 70% improvement in IT Ops productivity when AI-powered root cause analysis is used, and scale their global enterprise with environments secured by Zscaler.
