Yuan brings deep expertise in the industrials space, most recently in the Advanced Industries Practice at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, after earning a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("MIT") in Materials Science & Engineering. Rodger Yuan received a B.S. in Materials Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at MIT. After earning his Ph.D., Yuan joined McKinsey & Company, where he led engagements focused on growth strategy and operational excellence for a variety of industrial companies.
