COPE Health Solutions Closes $7.5 Million Series A FundingCOPE Health Solutions is pleased to announce it has closed its Series A funding, raising $7.5 million. Investors include global technology giant and digital partner Mindtree and New York based MSO Solutions 4 Community Health. "Both payers and providers are facing both a steep learning curve and accelerated pace of change in the shift to population health management and risk-based payments. This financing helps us scale and deepen the value we bring to current and new clients as they transform their organizations, technologies and cultures to improve care, costs and outcomes," said Allen Miller, founder and CEO of COPE Health Solutions. COPE Health Solutions plans to use the funding round to expand the capabilities of its Analytics for Risk Contracting (ARC) population health analytics platform, purpose built to support payers and providers in risk arrangements, as well as enhance: the scalability of COPE Health Solutions' Network Adequacy, Analytics & Build; Financial Modeling & Management; and Managed Service Organization (MSO) co-source, all of which leverage the ARC platform. In parallel the firm intends to build out the underlying technology platform for its fast-growing workforce development products and services, bringing rapid and highly adaptable solutions for recruiting, training, retaining and growing medical assistants, advanced practice providers, care navigators and other in-demand positions facing national shortages. In addition to its financial investment, Mindtree is collaborating with COPE Health Solutions on further development of the ARC platform and complementary digital solutions.
