At Raise, Beth will be responsible for accelerating growth and innovation while helping to reshape the future of the commercial real estate industry. Beth will also guide Raise's enterprise sales growth as the firm continues to expand nationally and build out its Flex Workspace playbook.

"We couldn't be more thrilled to welcome Beth to the Raise team," said Justin Bedecarre, CEO and Co-Founder of Raise. "The addition of Beth underscores our commitment to growing our operations both geographically and vertically to serve the most iconic companies in the world as we reshape the future of work. Beth is exactly the kind of jet fuel we need to accelerate our strategic growth and reimagine the workplace."

Beth joins Raise from Colliers, where she served as Senior Vice President of Client Experience focused on client innovation, workplace and flex strategy. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at WeWork at the peak of its growth tajectory. During her tenure at WeWork, Beth held several major roles including Head of Broker Channel Sales, and most recently Head of U.S. and Canada Leasing where she was responsible for a 450+ asset portfolio.

Beth started her commercial real estate career in the Strategic Consulting group at Jones Lang Lasalle in Chicago. There she used data, process, business insights and scenario modeling to help corporate clients better align real estate with their business objectives through workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, process improvement and location advisory.

After JLL, she joined CBRE, where she held several leadership roles during her nearly nine years at the firm in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. At CBRE, with a growth mindset, Beth's impact included founding CBRE's own workplace strategy (Workplace360), expanding multi-market broker led account business and launching a new service line focused on growing revenue through flexible lease transactions.

"I'm incredibly excited to join Raise and I wake up every morning buzzing with new ideas about how to supercharge growth and implement new innovations," said Moore. "Throughout my career I've seen companies struggle with the traditional cumbersome and time-consuming process to find and procure office space. Being able to help solve these problems at Raise by applying a tech mindset is truly an amazing opportunity. At Raise, I see boundless opportunities to scale the business and achieve the impossible."

Raise is growing across Workplace, Project Management and Brokerage to provide its clients with an All-In-One experience. Also joining the team are Shannon Price, Emily Williams, Bridget Fahey and Jess Alouf.

Shannon joins Raise from WeWork where she served as Head of Broker Relations for the U.S. and Canada. At Raise, Shannon holds the role of Head of Broker Relations, forming strategic relationships with brokerage partners as well as enabling the growth of the brokerage team throughout the U.S. and internationally.

Emily Williams takes on the position of VP of Workplace Experience at Raise. Her anthropology background provides her with the intuition to support Raise's clients through the complexity of reimagining the post-pandemic work experience. In her previous role at Twitch, pre and post Amazon acquisition, she expanded them from 100 employees to 2,000 employees across 15 global locations.

Bridget Fahey joins the Raise brokerage team as Vice President based in Palo Alto (News - Alert). Bridget will bring a modernized commercial real estate approach to emerging companies in Silicon Valley and beyond. She has over five years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in tenant representation.

Jess Alouf assumes the role of Senior Project Manager at Raise managing and driving cost savings for Raise's client construction projects. She brings eight years of experience, first in the Washington D.C. and New York markets, before growing into a global construction management role for Indeed.com. She's worked on projects ranging from the St. Patrick's Cathedral and the American Museum of Natural History to Indeed's U.S., Asian, and European workplaces.

Raise has secured $27 million to date from leading investors Point72 Ventures, Founders Fund, and Initialized Capital to build its technology platform and expand its service offerings to include project management and workplace strategy. Having doubled its workforce over the last year, the company continues to enter new geographies across the country.
