Glass Lewis Recommends Toshiba Shareholders Vote FOR Farallon ProposalFarallon Capital Management, L.L.C. ("Farallon") today announced that Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC ("Glass Lewis"), a leading proxy advisory firm, has recommended that Toshiba (News - Alert) Corporation ("Toshiba" or the "Company") (6502.T) vote FOR Farallon's capital allocation proposal at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ("EGM"), which is scheduled to be held on March 18, 2021.
