There, she served as Chief People Officer and led the people function, guiding it through two global acquisitions where the overall company strategy, mission, vision and values were redesigned to enable employees to deliver on business results. Prior to Saba Software, Shotwell held leadership positions at BigCommerce, Good Technology (News - Alert), Pacific Pulmonary Services, Taleo, and PeopleSoft.
