Heidinger, has also been selected for the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars List, as has Marzooq Momen for his second year. His main area of practice is Tax Litigation. This is his second year on the Rising Stars list. Dylan Friedman, Associate, has been with the firm since 2018. Mr. Friedman earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2019, where he achieved the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Wealth Transfer Tax, Secured Transactions, and Moot Court. He also won Best Orator in the 2019 Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition, Midwest Region. His main area of practice is Tax Litigation. This is his first year on the Rising Stars list. Alexander Messina, Associate, has been with the firm since 2016. Mr. Messina earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2018, where he achieved the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Special Education Law.
