"Mark brings more than 25 years experience of healthcare leadership, operations experience and strong sector relationships to our business development team. His wealth of knowledge and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our brand presence and build our market share in the northeast healthcare market," said Ann Klee, Executive Vice President for Suffolk.

Prior to his new Suffolk position, Mr. Fulco held leadership positions at Trinity Health, most recently serving as President of Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. He also served as Vice President at th Trinity Health system office in Livonia, Michigan where he assisted in the integration of system-level and field operations following the merger of Catholic Health East and Trinity. He also held the role of Chief Transformation Officer for Mercy (formerly the Sisters of Providence Health System) in Springfield, where he led strategy and helped launch the Accountable Care Organization of New England and the Mercy Care Alliance clinically integrated network.



Mr. Fulco is a member of the American College of Healthcare executives. In 2010 he received the Management Innovation Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives for his work in accountable care.
