Brigitte Wright-Roy Joins EarthLink as Senior Vice President, Customer Operations

Brigitte comes to EarthLink from Sprint (News - Alert) where she led worldwide inside sales and operations. Prior leadership roles at Sprint include product development and innovation.

"Brigitte has a proven track record of deveoping successful customer experiences that result in conversion and retention improvements with both new and existing customers," said EarthLink CEO Glenn Goad. Brigitte's career includes leadership roles at Schlumberger (News - Alert) in Miami and several Latin American countries. She also founded and ran Quisqueya Callback, a telecommunications company with operations in Miami, Haiti and the Dominican Republic that became the fastest growing small company in Haiti.
