This new lineup of ABLIC's automotive Hall effect ICs are delivered in a 0.5mm HSNT-6(2025) package, the world's thinnest, which is roughly half the thickness in comparison to our previous package as well as other companies' packages(*3). As a result, the adjustment dials of air conditioners, navigation systems, and other modules can be designed thinner and smaller for better operation, while thinner power window motors can be more design-friendly.
It is also PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) capable and is designed to qualify for the AEC(*)-Q100 Grade 0 (* Automotive Electronics Council) standard for automotive ICs.
(*1) The S-57TZ was launched in December 2019.
