MVB Financial Corp. Declares Second Quarter 2020 Dividend


MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) ("MVB Financial" or "MVB") has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share payable on June 15, 2020, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2020, maintaining the dividend declared in the previous quarter.

This is the second quarterly dividend for 2020, totaling $0.18 per share payout year to date.
