The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error. 

To be eligible for this list, KUBRA had to be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees feel that their workplace is safe and people are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
