Tridiuum Launches Free Tele-Behavioral Health Platform to US-based Providers in Response to COVID-19 Pandemic

PHILADELPHIA, March 24, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Tridiuum, the nation's premier provider of digital behavioral health solutions, today announced the expedited availability of tele-behavioral health sessions within the Tridiuum ONE platform. Effective immediately, healthcare providers can enroll with Tridiuum and begin using the Tridiuum ONE web platform to begin conducting fully integrated tele-behavioral visits. The move comes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the growing population sheltering at home.

A digital behavioral health platform, Tridiuum ONE automates the identification of patient behavioral needs using validated clinical measures, accelerates access to the most appropriate care, and helps deliver better overall outcomes. Used by medical and behavioral health providers and health plans, Tridiuum ONE serves as a foundation for behavioral health evaluation and supports clinical decision making throughout the continuum of care.

In recognition of the unprecedented challenges facing healthcare providers, monthly subscription fees will be suspended for new individual providers to enroll and use the platform free of charge through July 31, 2020.

"We appreciate the urgent need to provide access to behavioral health during this pandemic," said Tridiuum CEO Mark Redlus. "Our product and engineering teams were able to quickly shift priorties, ramp up development efforts for the tele-visits, and add it to our existing platform in advance of the planned release in the second quarter."

Beginning on April 17, video session support will be fully integrated into the Tridiuum ONE web platform. The program is HIPAA compliant, providing secure video sessions to allow a unified patient experience with completion of the assessment at home or during virtual sessions. Starting today, providers can leverage the product for phone-based appointments. Tridiuum will provide live and recorded provider training sessions beginning this Friday, March 27.

Interested providers may enroll starting today by visiting Tridiuum's web site at www.tridiuum.com and selecting the COVID-19 emergency response banner on the home page.
