Real Estate Commission License Applications Now Available Online in West Virginia

The West Virginia Real Estate Commission has launched a new service that enables applicants to complete the required applications for licensure online, making it easier and more convenient than ever before for applicants to apply for a license. The new application system can be accessed at https://rec.wv.gov.

The new service features a simple step-by-step interview process that guides the user through entering all required data and provides convenient file upload options for supporting documents. The new online application process can be completed in minutes, and applicants receive automatic email status updates as their application is processed by the agency. Once an application is approved, the new license is delivered electronically which helps improve turnaround time.

The new service also provides applicants with the added convenience of remitting payment for applications securely using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (News - Alert) 24/7.

"We are extremely pleased with the new service and the convenience we are able to provide to new applicants with the new, streamlined online applications," said Jerry Forren, Executive Director. "The process is super easy and takes just a few minutes to complete, nd staff are able to immediately begin processing the applications upon receipt."
