WILsquare Capital Acquires Versare Solutions, LLCWILsquare Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Versare Solutions, LLC, a manufacturer and e-commerce based marketer of branded space efficiency and acoustical products located in Minneapolis, MN. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
