For every person that joins the effort at Olivela.com, now through December 31, 2019, the brand will donate $5 dollars to its coalition of charitable partners - St. Jude Children's Reearch Hospital, the WE organization, CARE and Stand Up To Cancer, up to $1,000,000. A-list celebrities include Jennifer Aniston (St. Jude Children's Research Hospital), Selena Gomez (the WE organization), Alexandra Daddario (CARE), Sarah Hyland and journalist Katie Couric (Stand Up To Cancer).

Charitable giving has been synonymous with the Olivela brand since its inception in 2017. With Olivela, consumers can use their purchasing power for good - with every purchase the brand donates 20% of the proceeds to various noteworthy causes that support girls' education, health and cancer research, gender equity, and more. The brand's humanitarian partnership expansion this holiday season means shoppers nationwide can now choose to give back to more causes that impact and inspire them most - whether that be women's empowerment, children's health or another important philanthropy.

"To make a difference requires making a bold commitment," says Olivela Founder and social entrepreneur Stacey Boyd. "Olivela has promised to donate up to $1MM to a variety of charities, our boldest charitable initiative yet, as giving back is inherently part of who we are."

Olivela's roster of supported charities includes:

  • St. Jude Children's Research Hospital: St. Jude's mission is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment
  • Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C): Stand Up To Cancer raises funds to accelerate the pace of research to get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now
  • The WE organization: WE is a family of organizations that gives young people the tools to make a difference at home and around the world
  • CARE: Founded in 1945, CARE is a leading humanitarian organization committed to fighting global poverty by empowering women and girls

In addition to the campaign, Olivela is bringing its shop-for-a-cause retail concept to Boston for the holiday season through a luxuriously engaging pop-up in the Seaport's The Current. The store, which opened on November 1st, is a one-of-a-kind luxury shopping experience to celebrate the debut of the brand's home and gift assortment and enables Bostonians to seamlessly give back to causes close to their hearts.
