Traeger Grills Granted Preliminary Injunction Against Dansons in Florida ActionTraeger Grills (the "Company") today announced that the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, has granted the Company preliminary injunctive relief against Joseph, Brian and Mark Traeger. Under the terms of the Court's Order, to which all parties stipulated, Joe, Brian and Mark Traeger are enjoined from "using, or publishing, in any manner the Traeger name used as a trademark and images of the Traeger Barn located in Mt. Angel, Oregon that bear the Traeger name, in connection with the advertising, marketing, or sale of wood pellet grills and associated products." It is truly unfortunate that Dansons has compounded its behavior through press releases mischaracterizing the court proceedings, but yestrday's order leaves no doubt that both courts who have examined the matter have concluded that Dansons' misuse of the Traeger name and intellectual property should be halted."
