Santé Appoints Diane Brouillard Head of Talent and Networks


Santé Ventures, an early-stage healthcare and life sciences investment firm, today announced that Diane Brouillard is joining the firm in the newly-created position of Head of Talent and Networks. Ms. Brouillard will work closely with Santé's investment team and portfolio companies. She will recruit and oversee strategic hiring at the portfolio companies and expand and strengthen Santé's deep network of industry leaders, medical innovators and entrepreneurs. Ms. Brouillard will be based in Austin.

Ms. Brouillard previously spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (News - Alert) (PWC). She served most recently as the West Region Leader for the Executive Networking and Career Transitions Group where she focused on developing strategic programs to build stronger relationships with C-suite executives and clients across industries and functions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Brouillard worked in recruiting and human capital programs at several banks including J.P. Morgan, UBS and Deutsche Bank.

Ms. Brouillard earned her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
