Goodwin Continues Expansion of Global Private Investment Funds Practice with Lauren King in New York

Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Lauren King has joined its Private Investment Funds practice as a partner in the New York office.

King focuses on the organization and operation of private investment funds. She represents a wide variety of funds with extensive cross-border components, including secondary, buyout, real estate, special-opportunity, hybrid, credit and venture capital funds. King also advises private asset managers on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including governance, upper-tier structuring, succession planning, marketing and limited-partner transfers. Additionally, she represents secondary investors in connection with general partner-led restructurings and other secondary transactions. King has significant private equity and joint venture transactional experience.
