One of America's Foremost 529 Plan and ABLE Authorities Announces New Law Firm, Chapleau Law Group


Mark Chapleau, J.D., one of the nation's foremost legal and business experts in Section 529 college savings and 529A ABLE plans, announced the formation of the Chapleau Law Group LLC, a firm built on a long tradition of trusted counsel and expertise in the college savings and ABLE space.

The Chapleau Law Group will provide consulting, counseling, representation, and training services to 529 and 529A program managers, state agencies, non-profits, law firms, broker-dealers, and individual clients with practical legal solutions to securities, tax, regulatory, contractual, disclosure, and operational issues.
