The Government of Canada awards $300,000 in financial assistance to support this Gatineau business in implementing its marketing plan

GATINEAU, QC, June 12, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Ramius Corporation Inc. (Ramius) is a highly innovative information technology company. To ensure its growth, the business will receive a repayable contribution of $300,000 from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions. With this financial assistance, Ramius will be able to reach a new market segment for its flagship product, Recollective.

More specifically, the Government of Canada's assistance will help Ramius use the resources required to promote its software and overhaul its website.

Founded in 1998, Ramius develops specialized online community and social network management software for collaboration and commercial research purposes. The company has marketed three software products since its creation. While CommunityZero (1999) and Sixent (2008) are intended for internal corporate communications services, Recollective (2011) is designed for qualitative marketing research.
