CIRI Names Four Distinguished Investor Relations Professionals as Fellows

Today, the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), Canada's national association representing investor relations professionals, announced that the 2019 CIRI Fellows are:

  • Paul Carpino, CPIR, Vice President, Investor Relations, Rogers Communications Inc.
  • Chaya Cooperberg, Executive Vice President, Chief People & Communications Officer, AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.
  • Mélanie Hennessey, Vice President, Corporate Communications, NOVAGOLD RESOURCES INC.
  • Elaine Wyatt, former Principal, Wyatt Strategic Communications

The CIRI Fellowship Program was launched in 2015 to recognize leaders in the investor relations profession who, by their achievements, bring distinction to the profession and serve as role models for others. CIRI Fellows have made significant contributions to the advancement of the investor relations profession and to CIRI throughout their careers. Earning the designation of F.CIRI, the CIRI Fellow is the highest honour for investor relations professionals in Canada.

"Thesefour individuals have demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the investor relations profession and join an elite group of individuals that have earned CIRI's highest level of recognition, said Yvette Lokker, President & CEO of CIRI. "Throughout their illustrious careers they have been actively involved in the investor relations community and CIRI, demonstrating their leadership and advancing the stature of the investor relations profession. We look forward to celebrating their careers and contributions at CIRI's Annual Conference in Halifax on June 9-11."

This year's CIRI Fellows will be honoured at the Awards Lunch on Monday, June 10 during CIRI's 32nd Annual Investor Relations Conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
