Gainsight Recognized by Inc. Magazine as One of the Best Workplaces in 2019REDWOOD CITY, Calif., May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gainsight, the customer success company, has been named one of Inc. magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2019. It is Gainsight’s fifth ranking by Inc. Magazine, previous recognitions include Best Workplaces in 2015 and 2017, the Seventh Top Software Company, Fifth Top San Francisco company, and one of the Top 20 California Companies. “We’re thrilled to be recognized as a Best Workplace by Inc. Magazine. It’s an incredible honor to be named among other great businesses who are creating positive working environments for their employees,” said Nick Mehta, Chief Executive Officer at Gainsight. “Amazing things happen when you create a respectful, inspiring and fun workplace and hire the absolute best talent in the industry. This recognition is a testament to the committed individuals at Gainsight who embody our human-first culture every day. Without them, we wouldn’t be where or who we are.” Hitting newsstands today in the June 2019 issue, and as part of a prominent Inccom feature, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits. Collecting data on nearly 2,000 submissions, Inc. singled out 346 finalists. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Omaha’s Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data. The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work. The companies recognized are leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity. All companies had to have a minimum of 10 employees and be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent—that is, not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies. While researching the finalists, Inc. and Quantum saw distinct themes:
"With today's tight labor market, building a great corporate culture is more important than ever,” says Inc. magazine editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The companies on Inc.'s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from."
