iconectiv's Loretta Graff Recognized as Rising Leader in Prestigious Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Industry Programiconectiv (News - Alert), an authoritative partner of the global communications industry connecting more than two billion people every day, today announced that its Director of Program Management, Loretta Graff, has been selected to participate in WICT's 2019 Rising Leaders Program. She is the third iconectiv leader chosen for the WICT program, following Director, Product Marketing, Tara Flynn Condon, and Head of Technology Operations, Sangeeta Roy. WICT's Rising Leaders Program is a competitive program that recognizes industry professionals at manager- and director-level who have demonstrated leadership potential within their companies. The chosen future leaders participate in a week-long immersion program that prepares them to undertake increased leadership responsibilities when they return to the workplace. The program is comprised of leadership analysis and skill development, and helps participants create and manage their own personalized leadership development plans. Graff joined the company in 2000 as a Junior Release Manager. Today, her role at iconectiv involves leading strategic initiatives for business growth that are aligned with the company's role as the Local Number Portability Administrator (LNPA) for the United States. In fct, Graff was involved with the transition that saw iconectiv assume control of the country's local Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC)-the largest IT project in U.S. telecom history.
