CTC Global Names Samson Namala Director, Global ManufacturingToday, CTC Global announced that Samson Namala has been named as its Director, Global Manufacturing. In this newly created position, Mr. Namala will lead all areas of manufacturing for the production of ACCC® conductor core and related hardware products, worldwide. His primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of world-class quality products on-time, safely, efficiently and cost-effectively. Mr. Namala is an entrepreneurial-minded, global and multi-cultural executive who possess a keen ability to provide leadership in highly competitive global markets. Mr. Namala joins CTC Global from Alpha Wire, a subsidiary of Belden orporation (a $2.2 billion American manufacturer of networking, connectivity and cable products) where he served as Plant Manager. Prior to that Mr. Namala held engineering and manufacturing engineering positions with Superior Essex Communications. Mr. Namala holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, authored and presented a paper "Leading Lean from the Middle" at the Annual Conference of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and speaks English, Telugu and Hindi fluently.
