Razor Technology Promotes Christopher J. McGrath Sr. from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Operating Officer.
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Christopher J. McGrath will provide the leadership, management, and vision needed to ensure that Razor Technology has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people and systems in place to effectively fuel the Company's continued growth and success. Working with each member of the executive team, McGrath will be charged with maintaining financial strength in all departments and functions by implementing strategic new initiatives and overseeing all operations. Since joining the Company in March 2013, his work as Director of Finance, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer, has allowed Razor Technology to maintain efficient and well-managed facilities, operations, and financials.
