Limestone Bank, Inc. Names COO and Chief Deposit Officer


Limestone Bank, Inc. ("the Bank"), a Louisville, Kentucky-based bank wholly-owned by Limestone Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LMST), today announced the appointment of David Hise as the Bank's chief operating officer, and Jim Watkins as chief deposit officer.

As chief operating officer, Hise will oversee a number of business areas including information technology and security, change management, deposit, loan and retail operations, and facilities. Hise previously served as director of support services, corporate counsel, and director of loan operations at the Bank.

As chief deposit officer, Watkins will be responsible for new deposit product development and strategic implementation with respect to all deposit gathering activities. Watkins has held a number of roles at the Bank, most recently as director of change management, and will continue to serve as the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) officer. In this role, Watkins dentifies and executes on opportunities to meet the credit needs of the community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.
