Sony Crackle Delivers Personalized Experiences With Deloitte Digital and Salesforce


SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte Digital today announced that it has been recognized with a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for its work with Sony Crackle, a free streaming service from Sony Pictures Entertainment. Deloitte Digital helped Sony Crackle transform its business by leveraging StreamMIX, a DigitalMIX™ solution, to demonstrate the value of actionable customer insights to improve subscriber interest, increase retention rates and grow advertising revenue.

For this innovative work, Salesforce named Deloitte Digital a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in the Innovation in Media category. Deloitte Digital received the award at Dreamforce 2018 in September. The annual event is considered to be the most innovative software conference of the year.

Deloitte Digital worked with Sony to create a dynamic CRM and multichannel campaign solution that engages viewers and supports them through their digital journey. Using pre-built and pre-tested Salesforce and Adobe integrations, StreamMIX enabled Sony to deliver personalized experiences while supporting targeted advertising services. This resulted in increased accessibility and performance across more than 20 device platforms, a uniform and enhanced understanding of audiences; and better planning and exposure for future advertising and marketing efforts.
