As Vice President of People and Operations, Tonya J. Long will lead TapClicks' global human resource functions, including scaling out the company's culture while enhancing talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development. She most recently held senior product operations roles at Akamai Technologies and Avaya and brings more than 20 years of senior leadership in high-tech enterprise companies to TapClicks.

As a long-time digital marketing executive, Davis intrinsically understands the complexity of managing multi-pronged marketing programs and how to align customer success through education and communication. Davis was previously the Head of Publisher Partnerships at DevCon, an AdTech security provider, and brings with her deep experience in managing multimillion-dollar partner channels in technology and media industries.
