Miami Dolphins Selects UltiPro to Help Manage Sports Industry ChallengesUltimate Software (Nasdaq:ULTI), a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, announced today that the Miami Dolphins, a U.S. professional football team and a member club of the National Football League, has selected UltiPro as its HCM solution to meet industry challenges related to a fluctuating payroll and dispersed workforce. The complexity of the Miami Dolphins organization includes 350 front-office and training staff, scouts across the country, players who earn income in many states, and thousands of gameday and part-time employees including parking attendants, housekeeping staff, and ushers.
