Dropbox Strengthens Security Ecosystem With Google Cloud Identity and Expanded PartnershipsToday Dropbox (NASDAQ: DBX) strengthened its global collaboration platform by announcing partnerships and integrations that will give Dropbox (News - Alert) Business customers access to more of the advanced security features they've been asking for. Business collaboration today happens everywhere, in and out of the office, and across multiple devices. It also occurs across teams and organizations in different countries and industries with unique security requirements. Protecting content in these varied environments is one of the reasons Dropbox Business has been deployed in companies around the world. "Businesses today are using multiple tools to protect their content, and we're making it easier for them to securely deploy Dropbox alongside their existing security standards," said Quentin Clark, SVP of Engineering, Product and Design at Dropbox. "As employees work remotely and teams change, businesses will have the peace of mind of knowing their content will always be secure with Dropbox." Dropbox Business is used by more than 300,000 teams today as a secure, nified place that reduces friction around collaborative work. With integrations among these new partner capabilities, admins can more easily control identity access, govern data, manage devices, and oversee security processes when employees and teams use Dropbox.
