AppSwarm recently announced an MOU to acquire an IT Software company that offers such products as Managed Services, the creation of Networks and Network Support, Media Services, Software Creation and Updating, IT Security programs, Backup and Recovery, and Customized Software and Support of the Software.

The Company plans to expand its IT and development team to better assist in the deployment of its newly launched last mile delivery platform, which allows small retail businesses and consumers to track deliveries through their mobile smartphones, and its wireless project called Deep Sky Mobile.
