SE Solutions Welcomes Wave of New Leadership Hires


MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- SE Solutions is pleased to announce exciting changes and growth in its corporate leadership. Effective September 2018, five new hires have come aboard its executive team and joined the company in its new headquarters in Tysons Corner, Virginia.

Tom Stepka has been named Chief Financial Officer for SE Solutions. He is a proven leader with strong business and financial expertise, with extensive experience in financial management. His expertise in business restructuring and process reengineering has produced tangible improvements in financial results. Bringing over 25 years of combined IT and business process outsourcing experience, Stepka will leverage his experience to drive change, boost productivity, and promote organizational excellence at SE Solutions. Previously, Stepka held leadership roles at Cognosante, ACS/Xerox, Integic, CACI and Unisys.

Dan Parker will support SE Solutions as Senior Vice President, Strategic Recruiting. As a talent acquisition expert, Parker has built an expansive professional network in the Defense and Intelligence Communities and has a proven track record in the Federal Government marketplace. With over 20 years of consultative recruitment, sales, and management experience, Parker has successfully implemented dynamic, proactive and metric-driven recruiting strategies for professional services firms. Parker previously served as Director of Talent Acquisition at General Dynamics IT, where he managed and directed a $10 million recruiting budget and a team of 60 recruiters.

David Wolf has joined SE Solutions as Senior Vice Prsident, Federal Civilian. Wolf brings 25 years of progressive technical, management, and business development experience leading both small and large organizations to deliver complex information technology solutions. Wolf has extensive capture and proposal management experience, mostly recently securing more than $100M in ASRC Federal contracts for new and expanded business within the Federal Civilian and National Security markets. Wolf previously held senior leadership positions at ASRC Federal, Data Networks Corporation, Capital One, Tygart Technology and Keane, leading each to new levels of growth and success.



Jay Danielski has joined SE Solutions as Vice President of Operations Federal Civilian. Danielski is a seasoned IT professional with 25 years of experience providing highly technical strategic, consulting, engineering, and operations services to federal customers. With a record of demonstrable success in business development and capture, Danielski specializes in information technology planning and implementation to improve operations, security posture, and regulatory compliance. Prior to his arrival at SE, Danielski supported federal clients with Tygart Technology, Inc., Serco North America, the Tennessee Valley Authority, and Oracle Corporation.

SE Solutions has also named Bob Shipman as Vice President of Operations, Department of Homeland Security. With a reputation as an entrepreneurially-minded executive, Shipman brings a demonstrated track record of success building and growing revenue, profitability, value, and performance by deploying operational improvement programs. Shipman brings over 28 years of experience building and leading teams that overachieve on delivery and results. His previous roles include leadership at Accenture Federal Services, Agilex, and Windward IT Solutions.


In addition, Dan Barber, who for the past four years has served as the Vice President of the Cyber Solutions Division, has been named Senior Vice President of Technology. In this position, he will play an integral role in driving the strategic technology direction of the corporation. Barber has 18 years of IT and cyber security experience, including systems development and integration, enterprise architecture, capital planning, security operations, and planning and governance. Previously, Barber was a Business Unit Director at Engility (formerly DRC), where he led the Homeland Security Solutions Division's Cyber Security business unit and served as a trusted advisor to multiple federal Chief Information Security Officers.
