Bird Hires Two Senior Uber ExecutivesVENICE, Calif., Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Bird, the leader in Rideshare 2.0, announced former Uber executives Dennis Cinelli and Yibo Ling have joined Bird reporting to Bird Founder and CEO Travis VanderZanden. Cinelli will serve as Vice President and Head of Finance. Ling joins as a Vice President of Corporate Development and will also lead Bird's China team. Joining a team of industry veterans, Cinelli and Ling bring years of experience in scaling business operations. Cinelli most recently served as the Head of Finance, Global Rides at Uber, where he helped build and lead the finance team responsible for Uber's global rides operations. Prior to Uber, Cinelli spent 11 years in finance roles at General Electric, working across sectors ranging from entertainment to lighting to transportation.
