Park Madison Partners Hires Jack Foster as PrincipalPark Madison Partners, a New York-based real estate placement and advisory firm, today announced that Jack Foster has joined the firm as a Principal. Mr. Foster will be a part of Park Madison's distribution team and will be based in the firm's New York headquarters. Mr. Foster joins Park Madison Partners with 15 years of experience in business development, specifically in alternative investments through primaries, secondaries, co-investments, and separate accounts. Previously, Mr. Foster was a Managing Director with Commonfund Capital, advising non-profit and mission-based organizations on their private equity and real asset investment portfolios. Prior to Commonfund, he held various business development positions at Capital Dynamics, CastleOk Securities, and Blaylock & Company. He began his career in corporate finance at Def Jam Recordings / Sony Music and later joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate in the Investment Bank. "Jack brings in-depth experience across a range of alternative investment vehicles along with an established network of institutional investors.
