ARServices Names Philip M. Rizzi as Executive Vice PresidentPhilip M. Rizzi has joined ARServices as Executive Vice President. Mr. Rizzi is responsible for supporting service delivery for ARServices' three lines of business: research and development support services, business transformation services and integrated logistics services. Mr. Rizzi also oversees all business development and proposal operations. Mr. Rizzi has over 30 years of experience in strategic planning formulation and implementation, policy and data analysis, organizational development, human capital and training program design and implementation, and program management and evaluation. Prior to joining ARServices, Mr. Rizzi served for nearly five years as Vice President at CALIBRE Systems, Inc. where he oversaw two separate operating divisions focused on energy, environment, and infrastructure and human capital and training. He also was a Vice President at SRA International where he led one of SRA's largest business units focused on Environment, Energy, and Organizational Performance. "Philip is a known thought leader in the fderal contracting community," said Jay McCargo, President and CEO. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Master of Public Policy degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
